​Teaches - Tap, Lyrical / Contemporary  & Jazz
Kaycee has been dancing since the age of 5 at Debonaire where she studied Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Pointe. She is currently a student at Kent State University with a major in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Design. Kaycee has been dancing for 15 years and 7 of those were on the competition team where her tap team received the highest score. Also at her old studio, Kaycee assistant taught Tap, Jazz, and Ballet for 4 years. She has been teaching for RCD since January of 2016.
Kaycee’s favorite activities aside from dance are traveling, drawing, painting, camping, attending concerts and spending time with her family. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the look on their faces when they finally get a step. " It makes you feel good to know that they have achieved and grown because of you".

Teaches - Hip-Hop
Halle has been dancing for 13 years and has studied Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Pointe.  She has been competing in dance for over 7 years in both groups and as a soloist and still currently competes. 
      Halle is a Varsity cheerleader with RHS, and has done many performances outside of the studio including several performances with Streetsboro's Thrive and a recent performance of Bye Bye Birdie with RHS drama.  She has also choreographed several dance routines for Thrive.
     Halle has student taught for many years with RCD and is so excited to teach this year!

Teaches -Lyrical / Contemporary, Ballet  & Jazz
​Christina has been dancing since the age of 3 and has been teaching dance since 2007. She began teaching at RCD in September of 2012.  She has mainly studied Ballet, Jazz, Pointe and Lyrical / Contemporary. She taught classes for a pre professional company - Starlight Dance Company and also danced at The University of Akron. Christina graduated with an education degree in 2014.  
   In 2016 Christina won a choreography award for her Lyrical routine "Tears of An Angel".​

Teaches -Jazz, Ballet, Musical Theater & Production
Leslie has been dancing since the age of 2 and has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Lyrical, Modern, and Hip-Hop. In high school, she danced on her school's dance team and performed at half time during basketball games.  Her sr year, Leslie was captain of the team and co - choreographer of all their routines. Leslie studied English and Dance at Kent State University. As a dance minor, she continued her studies in Ballet, Modern, Jazz and a few Tap classes taken for fun. Leslie started teaching for RCD in 2000 and started and built up all of the competitive teams the studio now has today. She has won several costume awards throughout the years. Several Productions she has choreographed include Nightmare Before Christmas, Chicago, Wizard of Oz, Alice In Wonderland and Aladdin just to name a few.  In 2016 her musical theater routine to "Step In Time" was the highest scoring routine of the entire competition and continually placed first and second at every competition of the season.  Leslie has choreographed performances outside of the studio including  routines for Streetsboro's theater Thrive. She continues her education in dance yearly through workshops and conventions.
​          Leslie's favorite activities aside from dancing are traveling and spending time with her Husband and Sons. Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the smiles and excitement in all of her students every time they walk into the studio and seeing them grow from week to week and year to year!

Teaches - Acro, Preschool Acro / Jazz and Mini Acro / Jazz
Danielle has been involved in gymnastics since 1987 and competed until 2001. At the age of 19, she retired as a level 8 training for 9. She finished off her competition career winning 5 gold medals at the  AAU Junior National Competition. 
      Danielle started her teaching career in 1996 and would later become USAG certified and study for USAG judging for competitions...many winners at state level.   She has worked with all ages, both boys and girls and students with special needs and loves doing it!  She has been trained in CPR, concussion training and safety certification through USAG. 
     Danielle started her adventure in Acro in 2012 and loves combining gymnastics and dance! She is always looking to add to her curriculum for acro to better her students experience. As for her dance background - Danielle took 3 years of Ballet and 6 years of Jazz as a youth. She has also participated in dance observations since her daughter Katie started in 2010! She looks forward to working with RCD this year!

We do our best to organize our program so that the needs of each student are of the utmost importance. We keep all of our classes small to ensure more one on one learning and also provide observation windows into both of our studios so parents can always watch our classes. We provide each student every opportunity to achieve individual success.


Teaches - Ballet, Tap, Pointe, Jazz, Baby Ballet & Preschool Classes
Carolyn grew up in Kent studying all forms of dance at local studios. She always knew she wanted to be a dance teacher and choreographer. When she was in High school, she was very active in the theater department both performing and choreographing the musicals. She began studying with The Cleveland Ballet when she was in High School amd majored in dance with a focus on teaching and choreography with a minor in musical theater at Boston Conservatory of Music. Carolyn followed her dreams and in 1980 and opened The Roberts Conservatory of Dance. She has choreographed over 40 musicals and still loves every aspect of teaching. Carolyn has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Ballroom, Musical Theater, Historical Dancing and Folk Dancing.
            Carolyn's favorite activities outside of dancing are spending time with her husband and family and swimming. Her favorite thing about teaching is starting a student from the beginning and getting to share their journey to wherever they take it. She enjoys watching them grow as a dancer and can take pride in the fact that she helped them get there. It's very rewarding.​

Teaches - Acro
Baylee has been dancing for 13 years and has studied Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Hip-Hop, Ballet and Pointe. She  was also a competitive gymnast for 5 years and still  takes acro classes to keep active in the sport. Baylee has been competing in dance for the past 4 years and is still currently competing in both groups and as as soloist.
       This will be Baylee's first year teaching with RCD.  Prior to this year, she has student taught at RCD for the past 4 years.
Her favorite thing about student teaching is watching students grow and learn new things they never thought they could do!  Aside from dance, she plays tennis and spends time with her friends and family.  "This year is going to be a great year with many more to come!"

Teaches -Jazz, Ballet, Production & Lyrical / Contemporary
​Hannah is currently attending Kent State University as a Nursing major. She is also a member of the Division 1, Nationally ranked dance team. She began her dance training 16 years ago mainly under the direction of Keithe Williams and danced competitively for 13 years. Hannah earned her first National title in 2012 and has attended over 20 different competitions and conventions over the years and received over 30 National and Regional scholarships. Hannah began teaching for RCD in September 2014.

Teaches - Jazz, Ballet, Acro, Hip-Hop & Lyrical / Contemporary
​Ana Was a company member of the Canton Ballet under the artistic direction of Cassandra Crowley. 
She performed many of the productions with the company including The Nutcracker, Peter and the Wolf, Dracula, Wizard of Oz and Sleeping Beauty. Ana has won many National titles as a competitive dancer as well as scholarships to Ballet Met and Dance Masters of Ohio. She later went on to study in New York at Broadway Dancer Center and Steps where she studied with many teachers including Richard Pierlon, Frank Hatchet, Derek Mitchell, and Todd Shanks. While in NYC, Ana also performed in the off Broadway show "Break The Floor" directed by Gil Stroming. Ana began teaching for RCD in September 2014.
      In 2016 Ana won a choreography award for her Lyrical routine "Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay" and a performance award for her acro routine "Jogi".
